Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a force which is generated in a mechanism below a cushion pad by an eccentric load and is applied to the directions except for the axial direction. SOLUTION: Plunger rods (rod members) are arranged between a cushion pad and screw portions (linearly movable portions) of ball screws. Nut portions (rotary portions) are screwed on the screw portions, and are connected to the rotary shaft of an electric servo-motor. The plunger rods (rod members) are guided by plunger guides (guide members) in the vertical direction. The plunger guides (guide members) are directly or indirectly fixed to a bed.
