Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove coarse water droplets so as to obtain high passing efficiency and long duration of spray. SOLUTION: A cylindrical cover 14 surrounds the spraying space of a mist-spraying nozzle 30 expanding from the tip of a nozzle with a closed cross-section, and the cover 14 has a small-diameter cylinder section 11 surrounding the tip of the nozzle, a large-diameter cylinder section 12 connected downstream with the small-diameter section 12 and a spraying outlet 21 as an opening formed on the downstream of the large-diameter section 12. The large-diameter section 12 has an expanded-diameter cylinder section 15 connected with the small-diameter section 11 and a contracted-diameter cylinder section 17 arranged on the downstream of the expanded-diameter section 15. In the inner flow passage of the large-diameter section 12, a passage-regulating piece 13 for regulating the flow passage at a certain interval from the inside surface of the large-diameter section 12 is arranged.
