Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency high voltage transformer that exceptionally reduces electrostatic capacitance of a high-frequency transformer's secondary winding, thus controlling high-frequency loss. SOLUTION: The secondary coil 11 of a high-frequency high voltage transformer 1 arranges multiple printed board coils 3 in parallel, high-frequency loss is controlled by reducing electrostatic capacitance to the utmost extent, a secondary coil bobbin is brought to naught by an optimum fixed method, and a primary coil 16 point-supports a high-frequency litz wire 15 at four or more points in a fixed groove 14 and provides a bobbin 12 with a convective heat release pore 13. High-frequency loss is exceptionally reduced through the pore 13, and heat release efficiency is improved, thus producing a high-frequency high voltage transformer 1 that hardly causes a dielectric breakdown.
