Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner having a wide effective area as a top panel, excellent usability, wide space region with which polluted air including smoke of cigarette can be sucked, small space region to be trapping corner and excellent in suction effect. SOLUTION: A first ring-shape member 5 of which center part is used as an air suction port is provided in an upper face part of a case main body 7 and a tip end part of the first ring-shape member and a tip end part of a second ring-shape member 6 enclosing the first ring-shape member protrude from the upper face of the top panel 2, an air blow-out port and a passing part of blow-out air following it are formed by the first ring-shape member and the second ring-shape member. An air blower is provided with its suction sided to the air suction port and generates a twister from above the top panel to the air suction port and an air-curtain-like turning flow around the twister like flow toward above the top panel by blow-out air blown out from the air blow-out port and suction air sucked from the air suction port.
