PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a structure by which a ceiling slab and a floor slab are constructed efficiently in a multi-story building and a temporary floor board for the slab construction is reused repeatedly. SOLUTION: The necessary number of fixed-length temporary floor boards and the necessary number of variable-length temporary floor boards are prepared. A plurality of sleepers are laid horizontally via supports between a first beam and a second beam at intervals corresponding to the length of the fixed-length temporary floor boards, having the first beam side as a starting point. The fixed-length temporary floor boards are laid over the intervals, respectively, in a plurality of rows. The variable-length temporary floor boards are laid over the remaining intervals between the sleeper and a second beam forming mold by adjusting the length to the length of the remaining intervals. A concrete is placed on the temporary floor surface, after placing reinforcements if necessary. After the concrete is hardened, the fixed-length temporary floor boards and the variable-length temporary floor boards are withdrawn by removing the supports, the sleepers, and the first and second beam forming molds.
