PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method for completely and efficiently sterilizing, disinfecting and washing the inside walls of pipes or pipe fittings of pharmaceutical plants, food plants or medical facilities, and a washing solution supply apparatus used in the washing method. SOLUTION: In the washing method for sterilizing and disinfecting inside walls of pipes, an apparatus generating gas flow containing fine liquid particles is connected to one end of a pipe, the gas flow is run through the pipe to coat the inside walls of the pipes and fittings. The washing solution supply apparatus used in the washing method includes a pressurizing means for pressurizing each of gas and liquid, and a nozzle jetting the gas flow containing fine liquid particles formed by injecting and mixing the pressurized gas and liquid pressurized in the pressurizing means.
