SOLUTION: The health instrument comprises: a foot mounting part 2 for mounting the foot; a swing part 11 integrally attached to the lower side of the foot mounting part 2 for swinging both left and right end parts of the foot mounting part 2 in a vertical direction with a part abutted to an installation surface F as a fulcrum; an inclination support part 21 attached to the foot mounting part 2 for supporting the foot mounting part 2 in the state of inclining the toe side of the foot high; and a storage part 13 for storing the inclination support part 21.
