Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by accurately calculating the heat storage amount required for heating of the next day and by efficiently performing optimal floor heating. SOLUTION: This floor heating device has a controller 24 for predicting the outside temperature of the next day, calculating the required heat storage amount to a concrete slab 21 of a floor 13 by the heater 11 based on the predicted outside temperature, calculating the heat storage time of the concrete slab 21 by the heater 11 so as to perform the heat storage by the required heat storage amount, and operating the heater 11 at the heat storage time.
