Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently reducing an unsaturated compound which is proved that it is difficult to be reduced by using a microreactor, capable of, concretely, catalytically hydrogenating the unsaturated organic compound which is difficult to be reduced, such as an organic compound having an aromatic skeleton comprising a benzene ring, etc., and an alkylnitrile compound, in the microreactor in the presence of a catalyst under a mild condition with efficiency. SOLUTION: In this method for catalytically hydrogenating the unsaturated organic compound which is difficult to be reduced, the unsaturated organic compound which is difficult to be reduced and a hydrogen source are mixed and then passed through the micoreactor containing the hydrogenation catalyst, so that the unsaturated organic compound which is difficult to be reduced is hydrogenated.
