Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make crush of a magnetic head caused by deficiency of lubricant hard to occur in a magnetic disk apparatus of which the radius of a recording track of the most inner periphery is small. SOLUTION: This magnetic disk 10 is a magnetic disk of which the radius of a recording track of the most inner periphery is 6 mm or less, the disk is provided with a substrate 1, a deposited layer 2 arranged on the substrate 1 and including a magnetic recording layer 22, and a lubrication layer 3 coating the deposited layer 2, a plurality of groove parts G1 being parallel to a recording track TR are provided on a surface coated by the lubrication layer 3 of the deposited layer 2, these groove parts G1 are arranged in the direction of a radial direction D1 of the recording track.
