Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system for biomass modified fluid fuel, suitable for a variety of storage conditions of customers dispersed around an original generation site of flammable gas obtained by water gasification of biomass. SOLUTION: Part of biomass granules B1 obtained from the biomass B obtained at a grinder 11 is first burned in a hot gas generating furnace 12 to generate hot gas HG in a gasification apparatus 10. The remaining biomass granules B1 are sent to the heat-resistant metal pipe of a gasification furnace 13 with steam ST, heated from outside by the hot gas HG for gasification, and washed in a gas washing device 15. Furthermore, toxic carbon monoxide is converted into carbon dioxide and hydrogen in a carbon monoxide conversion apparatus 20, while methanol is synthesized in a methanol synthesizing apparatus 30 to be stored once in a methanol storage 40, and in addition, methanol is charged into a plastic container or a petroleum can T1 or a tank T2 by means of a methanol filling apparatus 50 depending on a customer, and thus delivered to the customer.
