Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing structure and a jointing method, effective for the jointing of a full precast floor slab to a steel-frame beam. SOLUTION: Both upper and lower ends of a steel pipe 5 are pre-opened on the front side and backside of the full precast floor slab in a state wherein the steel pipe 5 is embedded in the full precast floor slab 1; the full precast floor slab is laid in a state wherein the steel pipe is arranged on the steel-frame beam 2; the lower end of the steel pipe is welded to a top surface of the steel-frame beam; and shrinkage-compensating mortar 9 as a reinforcing material is infilled into the steel pipe. A U-shaped joint bar 7 is arranged in the full precast floor slab, and its leading-end bent part 7a is wound around the outside of the steel pipe and welded to an outer peripheral surface. A protrusion 3 as a shear cotter and a recess 4 are alternately formed at the edge of the full precast floor slab so that the steel pipe can be embedded in the protrusion; the shear cotters of both the full precast floor slabs, which are laid on both the upper sides of the steel-frame beam, are meshed with each other; and post-cast concrete 10 is infilled between the shear cotters.
