Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit which suppresses third-order inter-modulation distortion (IM3) without generating white noise and reduces power consumption. SOLUTION: A multi-stage amplifying device is configured by connecting in cascade a first parallel feedback amplifier and a second parallel feedback amplifier. A first feedback section and a second feedback section have different susceptance components. The first parallel feedback section uses its susceptance component to change a phase of a desired signal component amplified by the first amplification section and a phase of a first IM3 component generated in the first amplification section. The second parallel feedback section uses its susceptance component to change a phase of a desired signal component amplified by the second amplification section, the phase of the first IM3 component and a phase of a second IM3 component generated in the second amplification section. A difference between the phase of the first IM3 component outputted from the second parallel feedback amplifier and the phase of the second IM3 component is 120° or more and 180° or less and the first IM3 component and the second IM3 component are composed and suppressed.
