PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly determine a plurality of traders participating in commodity distribution according to a commodity desired by a purchasing trader to purchase it, to enable the determined plurality of traders to smoothly perform respective works and to easily grasp the progress of a distribution process in a distribution environment where commodity is distributed with the intervention of the plurality of traders. SOLUTION: When a customer (branch) selects items and grades of an order desiring commodity, the relation d1 among a customer (head office), a company (head office) and a supplier is determined. When the determined supplier selects a desiring charging port, the relation d2 among the supplier, a company (foreign store) and a foreign customs agent is determined. When the determined foreign customs agent selects a reserved discharging port, the relation d3 among the foreign customs agent and a domestic customs agent is determined. As a result, for the ordered commodity, each player, i.e the customer (head office), the company (head office), the supplier, the company (foreign store), the foreign customs agent and the domestic customs agent in the distribution path is determined.
