Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film which hardly causes coloring unevenness, has excellent visibility and has improved black display, to provide a polarization plate having the antireflection film, and to provide a display device having the polarization plate. SOLUTION: The antireflection film is made by laminating antireflection layers of a membrane M (refractive index 1.55 to 1.75, membrane thickness 80 to 120 nm), a membrane H (refractive index 1.75 to 2.4, membrane thickness 30 to 70 nm) and a membrane L (refractive index 1.3 to 1.45, membrne thickness 70 to 130 nm) in order on one side surface of a plastic base material having a refractive index of 1.45 to 1.55 at wavelength 550 nm. Therein, material colors in reflection and transmission under a CIE standard illuminant C light source are expressed in the CIELAB color system as follow; for the material color according to reflection, L*value is ≤15, a*value is 0.5 to 5, b*value is -20 to 5 and, for the material color according to transmission, L*value is ≥92, a*value is -3 to 3, b*value is -3 to 3.
