SOLUTION: This air cleaner comprises a vertically-long body 3 having a fan 1 and a dust collecting part 2 inside, a lateral blowout port 5 formed on a side face of the body 3, and a vertically-long front blowout port 6 mounted on a front face of the body 3 near the lateral blowout port 5 side, and the blown-out air volume from the front blowout port 6 is determined to be smaller than the blown-out air volume from the lateral blowout port 5, thus the cleaned air can be supplied to both of the lateral direction and the forward direction, and the room can be quickly cleaned.
