Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent for a radiator mounted on a reflow soldering apparatus, having a high performance (high removing efficiency of a resinous material derived from a decomposed/volatile component of a rosin-based flux, without causing deterioration, etc., of radiator components), and to provide a method for treating a cleaning waste fluid, capable of simply and efficiently treating the fluid, without applying a load to the environment. SOLUTION: This cleaning agent for the radiator mounted on the reflow soldering apparatus comprises an aqueous solution which contains sodium silicate and/or sodium phosphate as active ingredients. The method for treating the cleaning waste fluid comprises precipitating a resinous material in the waste fluid, by adding an acid or an inorganic acid salt to the cleaning waste fluid which is formed when the radiator is cleaned by the cleaning agent.
