Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cookware equipped with a pot, a plate or an inner chamber for cooking having a fluoroplastic coat formed on an inner surface of a base material, wherein abrasion resistance can be improved without making the fluoroplastic coat thick, a high anti-cohesion capacity against a cooking item is secured and the visibility of a display processed on a priming of the fluoroplastic coat can be secured sufficiently. SOLUTION: The fluoroplastic coat 14 is formed on the inner surface of the base material and silicone carbide, diamond or mixed particles of the above are unevenly distributed at a surface layer side in a topcoat 17 of the fluoroplastic coat 14 as additive particles 18. Also, a clear layer 19 wherein the additive particles 18 of silicone carbide or diamond are absolutely or almost nonexistent is disposed at a bottom layer side of the topcoat 17.
