Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection coil enabling winding by a general coil winder and dispensing with a magnetic field correction according to twisting direction, and a deflection yoke having no dispersion of characteristic. SOLUTION: The deflection coil 2 is formed in a saddle shape by winding a set wire 3 formed of a bundle of multiple single wires, and the set wire 3 includes a left twist part 3L twisted to the left and a right twist part 3R twisted to the right. The deflection coils 2 and 2 are used for at least either of a pair of horizontal deflection coil 2, 2 and a pair of vertical deflection coil 13 and 13 of the deflection yoke 1.
