Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the size and to increase the test precision. SOLUTION: A hydraulic pressure is applied to the inside of a cylindrical tube 10 to expand its parts 11 and 11 so that a pipe joint part (a) is turned into a sealed space, and the hydraulic pressure is applied to the sealed space for a hydraulic test. Water is surely introduced into the space via a groove type duct 41, and slight displacement between a test apparatus A and the joint part (a) causes no trouble. Both ends 10a of a tube 10 are fixed to side plates 16 of the tube 10 via bolts 25 by metal fittings 24, and displacement between the side plates and the tube ends is prevented. The tube 10 is prevented from warping upward by a fixing ring 51. In this way, troubles due to displacement can be prevented even if the size is reduced. The both side plates 16 are energized in the separating direction from each other by means of a spring 28, and wrinkles in shrinkage of the tube are prevented and damage in movement or the like is reduced. A projection bar 21 around the overall circumference of an expansive part 11 is surely brought into contact with a pipe P inside face for improving a sealing property. A supporting lever 20 of a caster 19 can be rocked, and the caster 19 is positioned by fixing rocking or the like. The caster is fixed by fastening a bolt and a nut. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
