Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver installing device and a ventilator having the device, easy in removal, by reducing the occurrence of superiority or inferiority in removal facility by a position having a louver part. SOLUTION: This louver installing device has a louver 4 arranged by exposing from a wall surface, a frame 3 for arranging its whole or a part on the reverse side of the wall surface and having a ventilation passage 9 communicating with an opening 18 formed between the louvers 4, a plurality of boss-like parts 6 having a claw 7 arranged in the louver 4, and a boss receiving part 12 having an engaging hole 11 engaging with the claw 7 and arranged in the frame 3; and is constituted so that the claw 7 is formed by projecting inside when looking at the louver 4 in a front view toward the wall surface.
