Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three dimensional narrow width belt shaped material, capable of being attached by sewing on a clothing, etc., extremely simply and also being utilized as a joining tape or as an edging tape used at an edge end part, enabling the formation of a three-dimensional decoration not conventionally available. SOLUTION: This narrow width belt-shaped material 1 having a three-dimensional double structure consisting of a surface member 2, reverse surface member 4 and leg part 3 joining them as one unit is provided by installing gap parts 5, 5 for nipping the fabric edges 6, 6 in between the surface member 2 and reverse surface member 4, at least at one side surface of the leg part 3.
