Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output stage architecture for providing a big output power and giving a high fidelity. SOLUTION: It describes about a gradient amplifier architecture equipped with a gradient amplifier output stage (10). The device can be used for providing a current to a gradient coil (18) in an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) system. The disclosed circuit comprises the first bridge amplifier (12) worked by the first voltage, the second bridge amplifier (14) worked by the second voltage, the third bridge amplifier (16)worked by the third voltage, and a series connection to a gradient amplifier control stage (30). These amplifiers can provide different levels of output voltage as well as switch on different time and frequency to provide the output voltage and electric current level of any ranges.
