PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron for perm allowing an amateur to perm without damaging hair. SOLUTION: This iron for the perm which has a clamping fulcrum in a front part of clamping long rods, and iron parts oppositely provided in the tips of the clamping long rods; is provided with a comb part horizontally in the side end of one iron part; integrates a vertical comb part provided in the opposite side end part of the opposite side iron part, with the comb part orthogonally to the iron part; and allows a user to work without any difference between the right-handed and the left-handed person. This iron for the perm which has a clamping fulcrum in a front part of clamping long rods, and iron parts oppositely provided in the tips of the clamping long rods; is provided with a comb part horizontally in the side end of one iron part; integrates a vertical comb part provided in the opposite side end part of the opposite side iron part, with the comb part orthogonally to the iron part; and is detachably provided with slice bars longher than the comb parts in the positions in the tips of the comb parts.
