Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent for a latex aggregation reaction generating no spontaneous aggregation, and having excellent dispersibility and stable sensitivity. SOLUTION: In this reagent for the latex aggregation reaction, protein immobilized latex particles are suspended in a buffer solution selected from phosphoric acid of 3-18 mM, 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propane diol, 2-(N-morpholino)ethane sulfonic acid, 3-(N-morpholino)-2-hydroxypropane sulfonic acid, N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-aminoethane sulfonic acid, 3-(N-morpholino)propane sulfonic acid, bis(2-hydroxyethyl)imino tris(hydroxymethyl)metane, N-(2-acetamide)iminodiacetic acid, N-(2-acetamide)-2-aminoethane sulfonic acid, and N-2-hydroxyethyl piperazine-N'-2-ethane sulfonic acid.
