PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a huge line memory for vertical filter processing in an image processor and to reduce power consumption for filter processing. SOLUTION: The image processor is constituted so that it comprises a post filter 2 having a vertical filter part which outputs information about at least a part of pixel groups including a pixel group in the vicinity of a vertical boundary between a decoding object pixel block and a vertical pixel block among pixel groups consisting at least a part of the decoding object pixel block, the decoding object pixel block adjacent in the perpendicular direction and the vertical pixel block as distortion correction pixel information and an information for display storage part 3 which holds the distortion correction pixel information outputted from the post filter, pieces of encoding information about a decoding object image frame consisting of a plurality of pixel blocks are sequentially inputted in a decoding part 1 by unit of pixel block as the encoding information about the decoding object pixel block and image frame information for display constituted of pieces of distortion correction pixel information outputted for each of the plurality of pixel blocks are held in the information for display recording part 3.
