PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an article carrying-out operation without prolonging a selling time. SOLUTION: After an article G in the lowest position is carried out, at the time when a lower pedal 7 moves to the protruding position, and before a turning stopper 8 is locked by a link mechanism 6, the protruding position of the turning stopper 8 is temporarily fixed by engaging a locking protrusion 82 of the turning stopper 8 to a locking recess 46b (56b) by elastically energized force of a link spring 62c. This arrangement prevents the turning stopper 8 from bounding by the elastically energized force of a turning stopper spring at the protruding position. It also prevents the turning stopper 8 from moving from the protruding position even when the lower pedal 7 abuts against the turning stopper 8 by the reaction almost to the protruding position by the elastically energized force of a lower pedal spring. Namely, by surely maintaining the protruding position of the lower pedal 7 with the turning stopper 8, erroneous carrying-out of the article G is prevented, thereby stabilizing the carrying-out action of the article G. Also, since it is not necessary to wait for a bound of the turning stopper 8 to settle, the time for the next sale is not prolonged. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
