Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a rotation member, suppressing shock or noise. SOLUTION: In a rotation stopping construction, a tooth 5 projected toward the other side are formed in a carrier 1 stored in a case 2 and the case 2 or one side of the case 2, and a recess 6 fitting the tooth 5 loosely is formed in the other side of the carrier 1 and the case 2. As the carrier 1 rotates relatively to the case 2 or a fixing member on at least one side of the surfaces mutually opposite to the tooth 5 and the inner surface of the recess 6, the tooth 5 rotates relatively to the recess 6, and the clearance between the tooth 5 and the recess 6 decreases gradually, so that a tilting engagement part 12 is formed to contact at a tilted angle in the radial direction of the carrier 1.
