Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding method which can inhibit the positional deviation of an insert without heating a holding member and the retention of an unfused part formed after the receding of the holding member from a cavity, and to provide an insert molding device, a solenoid device, a luminescent lamp lighting device, an illumination device and a vehicle. SOLUTION: The insert molding method comprises: the process to hold the insert inside a cavity part 41 by the holding member 50 arranged in a freely advancing/receding manner to the cavity part 41 formed in compliance with a top force 21 and a bottom force 31 of a mold; the process to fill the cavity part 41 with a molten resin from a gate 26 formed in a part of sliding grooves 21b and 31b through which the holding member 50 slides, in such a state that the insert is held by the holding member 50; the process to retreat the holding member 50 from the cavity part 41 in a timely manner when at least a part of the insert is outwardly wrapped by the molten resin; and the process to fill a space formed after retreating the holding member 50 from the cavity part 41 with the molten resin from the gate 26.
