Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cover excellent in durability and a maintenance property. SOLUTION: The protective cover is equipped with a seat 22 fixed to a rotation shaft 14 installed in a bush cutter 11 and integrally rotated with a reaping blade 15 and a circular protect part 27 installed so as to surround the circumference of a fastening member 17 in the circumference of the seat 22. In the protective cover, a fixing groove 25 extending along the vicinity of the center of a rotation shaft 14 is installed in either one of inner peripheral surface of the protect part 27 and outer peripheral surface of the seat 22, and a fixing projection 31 engaged with the fixing groove 25 is installed on the other side of the above surfaces, and a space part is provided between the fixing groove 25 and the fixing projection 31.
