Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input two picture signals to a capture board on the market having only one input port approximately simultaneously. SOLUTION: The picture signals output from S polarization component and P polarization component imaging means are input respectively, the picture signal of an odd scanning line is extracted from either one picture signal and the picture signal of an even scanning line is extracted from the other picture signal. The picture signal of the extracted odd scanning line or the picture signal of the even scanning line is output at every one, and the picture signal of the odd scanning line and the picture signal of the even scanning line are input, respectively, and a P polarization-component picture signal and an S polarization-component picture signal are generated, respectively. Alternatively, the picture signals output from the S polarization component and P polarization component imaging means are time-divided respectively and output alternately, and the alternately output picture signals are input, and the P polarization-component picture signal and the S polarization-component picture signal are generated, respectively.
