Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal serving system collectively storing meals to be served at different times, retaining them cool and finishing heating them by each meal serving time to serve it. SOLUTION: This meal serving unit 1 is provided with a plurality of storage chambers 6-8 each storing a tray 16 which is set by putting dishes 17 for heating and dishes 18 for non-heating thereon, a plurality of doors 11-13 openably closing respective openings for taking out the trays from the respective storage chambers, an induction heating coil for heating the food materials for heating, a cooling unit for cooling the insides of the respective storage chambers, and a control device controlling the induction heating coil and the cooling unit. The control device retains the respective storage chambers cool by the cooling unit, can set a meal serving time for every storage chamber, and controls the induction heating coil to finish the heating of the food material for heating by the preset meal serving time.
