Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a data transferring efficiency without spoiling a volume rendering computation when the volume rendering computation is performed by transferring data from an external memory into 3D processor in an ultrasonic diagnosing system. SOLUTION: In a frame memory 24, echo data is housed, and the echo data is transferred to an internal memory 28 by a frame unit. The 3D processor 26 judges a voxel computation performable lay for each data transfer, and acquires the voxel data from the echo data by an interpolation process regarding the lay, and the voxel computation is advanced to a voxel computation performable range.
