Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sender-number noticing control technique which does not inform of a sender number from a reception history in a telephone number refusing reception in a portable telephone. SOLUTION: A reception history information read from a storage is displayed and controlled so as to be displayed to a display unit by a key input (a step 300). When the key input represents call-out switch pressing, a reception history sender number noticing inhibition function setting information is read from the storage (steps 301 and 302). When a sender number noticing function inhibition function is set to ON, a reception refusal telephone number data stored in the storage is read (step 304), and whether or not the data coincide with a previously read reception-refusal telephone number is decided (step 305). When a read reception history data number and the reception refusal number coincide, the number "184" for holding sender number information is added to the telephone number of the reception history data and sending is conducted (step 306).
