Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible ink that is harmless and safe with respect to the human body and the environment by constituting the ink of only an edible composition and in addition, can be printed at a practical level on a paper as a medium, a food packaging material or the like by improving water resistance and ink fixability. SOLUTION: The edible ink comprises a glycerin fatty acid ester having a predetermined viscosity, natural polysaccharides, an emulsifier, an edible coloring matter, a drying oil for food and water.
