Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin-based substance suitable as an adhesive agent, having a resistance to stress concentration caused by the stretch and contraction of an optical film and capable of inhibiting the white omission and color unevenness of an optical laminated material, floating and peeling off between a glass substrate and adhesive layer in the optical laminated material, and foaming in the adhesive layer. SOLUTION: This acrylic resin composition contains the following acrylic resins (1) and (2). The acrylic resin (1): The acrylic resin contains the following (a) and (b). The acrylic resin (2): The acrylic resin contains (a) and (c) but does not contain (b), and has 1,100,000-1,500,000 weight-average molecular weight. (a): (meth)acrylic acid ester. (b): A monomer having an olefinic double bond and heterocyclic group having ≥5-membered ring.
