Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system in which correctness of a user can be easily confirmed. SOLUTION: In an authentication system 1 of the present invention, a service providing device 40 receives an encrypted electronic ticket from a mobile terminal 10 and decrypts it. Terminal specification information contained in the electronic ticket is then collated with previously owned invalid terminal specification information to determine validity of the mobile terminal 10. Thus, in the service providing device 40, correctness of a user can be confirmed on a stage that the electronic ticket is read from the mobile terminal 10, without inquiring to another server or the like.
