Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic seal member depending on excellent orientation specification and magnetization system by adopting an inexpensive magnetic material having magnetic force necessary to the absolute minimum as a magnet part by grasping lower limit magnetic force for preventing the outflow of toner. SOLUTION: In the magnetic seal member 1 where a back yoke part 3 and the magnet part are integrated by a molding means, the magnet part is composed of a resin magnet 2 containing ferrite-based magnetic powder and magnetic binder. The magnetic force of the magnetic seal member 1 is made much stronger by magnetization by a magnetic field generating device after molding in addition to the internal die orientation in the midst of molding to the inside and the outside of the magnetic seal, and the magnetic seal member has the magnetic force on the inside and the outside.
