Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a screen plate wherein deterioration of workability in manufacturing the screen plate can be suppressed and at the same time, a defective bonding of a screen mesh for printing can be prevented from occurring. SOLUTION: First, a mesh material M2 is stretched. Then, the mesh material M2 thus stretched is bonded and fixed to a frame 60, and plating is applied. Continuously, a mesh material M1 is stretched. Then, a plated screen mesh 30 for printing is bonded and fixed to the stretched mesh material M1, the screen mesh 30 for printing on which plating has been applied is bonded and fixed. Then, the mesh material M1 is cut inside of a bonding region 24 where the mesh material M1 is bonded to the screen mesh 30 for printing, and the internal region of the bonding region 24 is removed. Then, the mesh material M1 is bonded and fixed to a plate frame 10, and the plating on the screen mesh 30 for printing is removed.
