Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation system allowing an end user to easily understand indication contents even if a support staff indicates operation of a mouse. SOLUTION: A terminal 1 has: a means recognizing operation contents of a pointing device and a position of an indication pointer; a conversion means converting the operation contents into a message; and a means transmitting the converted message and the position of the indication pointer to a terminal 2. The terminal 2 has: a means receiving the operation contents and position of the indication pointer; a means displaying the indication pointer in the received position of the indication pointer on a screen; and a means displaying the message showing the operation contents close to the indication pointer.
