Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is needed to input the information of a person to be measured every time of measurement. SOLUTION: This biological information measuring apparatus comprises: a foot part electrode 1 with which the foot of the person 10 to be measured is to be brought into contact; a human body mounting part 2 provided with the foot part electrode, where the person to be measured gets on at the time of the measurement; a hand part electrode 3 with which the hand of the person to be measured is to be brought into contact; an impedance measuring means 9 for measuring the impedance of the person to be measured between the foot part electrode and the hand part electrode; a key part 5 for inputting the information indicating the physical feature of the person to be measured; a microcomputer 11 for calculating the information relating to the living body of the person to be measured from the measured result of the impedance measuring means and the input information of an input means; an automatic discrimination means 12 for selecting the information of the person to be measured at the time of the measurement; and a liquid crystal display device 6 for displaying a calculated result by the microcomputer. The information of the person to be measured inputted at the beginning is selected in the automatic discrimination means and the information relating to the living body is calculated and displayed.
