Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive member for electrophotographic image formation, such as a charging member or a transfer member, which prevents contamination of a photoreceptor, causes neither deterioration in conductivity nor image degradation, and has improved lubricity, imparted wear resistance and excellent durability, by suppressing adhesion of paper dust, toner, etc., in a contact charging means of an image forming apparatus and preventing bleeding from within the means or from within the means and from an outermost layer film. SOLUTION: The semiconductive member for image formation is characterized in that a material constituting an outermost layer of a contact-charging means of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus contains at least a crosslinked fluorocarbon resin, an inorganic filler having a platy structure and conductive particles.
