Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared gas analyzer enhanced in vibration resistance. SOLUTION: The infrared gas analyzer includes a measuring cell and a reference cell through which infrared rays are transmitted and a detector filled with a measuring component-containing gas and receiving the projection of lights respectively transmitted through the measuring cell and the reference cell to detect the concentration of the gas from the minute flow rate of the gas formed by the difference between the quantities of the transmitted lights, and also includes the acceleration sensor provided to the detector to detect the vibration acceleration in the flow direction of the gas of the detector; an actuator for driving the detector in the gas flow direction and a control part for controlling the driving of the actuator so that the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor becomes zero.
