Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a seating speed of a follower compared with a prior art even when the displacement stroke length of the follower is changed to become small by moving a position of the center of oscillation of an oscillating cam, in a cam device which can change the displacement stroke length of the follower by using the oscillating cam oscillated by a rotation cam to thereby displace the follower. SOLUTION: In the cam device 1 which can change the displacement stroke length of the follower 9 by using the oscillating cam 7 oscillated by the rotation cam 5 to thereby displace the follower 9, the follower 9 is so arranged as to be lifted when the value of the oscillating acceleration of the oscillating cam 7 is zero or negative.
