Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting filter material for a cleaner which is capable of easily removing attached dust and can be utilized repeatedly while maintaining the quantity of air flow. SOLUTION: The filter material 1 comprises a PTFE porous film 2, an air permeable substrate 4 and a net-like body 3. Therein, the net-like body 3 is arranged on at least one side surface of laminate containing the PTFE porous film 2 and the air permeable substrate 4 and at least one side surface of the filter material 1 is let to be rugged. When at least one side surface of the filter material 1 is rugged, dust including oil is hardly attached, even if the dust is attached, it can be easily eliminated and the degradation of air permeability can be prevented.
