Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a yield per unit area, to control occurrence of mushroom by non-watering and to improve mushroom qualities by high-density arrangement of moving type cultivation shelves and period shortening by positive germination stimulation. SOLUTION: In carrying out both processes of a growth process for growing mushrooms on the moving type cultivation shelves 3 in a fixed period of time without spraying water in a growth chamber 1 and harvesting mushrooms from mushroom beds and a germination stimulation process for moving the mushroom beds after harvesting of mushrooms in the growth chamber 1 to another germination stimulation chamber 2 and carrying out water spray control in the mushroom beds, the moving type cultivation shelves 3 storing a large number of the mushroom beds 5 as they are, are reciprocated between the growth chamber 1 and the germination stimulation chamber 2, the number of tables of the moving type cultivation shelves 3 is evenly distributed to the same number of the sum of the number of days required for the growth process and the germination stimulation process determined by strains of mushrooms and the moving type cultivation shelves 3 are replaced by turns for every day in the distributed one unit or position group unit. The above-mentioned operations are carried out by repeatedly moving the moving type cultivation shelves 3 for each unit until the mushroom beds 5 are completely used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
