Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film excellent in function as a surface protection film by using an olefin-based film at a low cost and a polarization plate not only having high transparency without optical anisotropy but excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The hard coat film comprises a base material comprising the olefin-based resin film , and an anchor coat layer and a hard coat layer installed in order at least on one side of the base material.
