PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition which has a long service life, even when a low viscosity base oil is used and serves to materialize low torque direct acting equipment and direct acting equipment filled with the composition. SOLUTION: The grease composition contains a base oil having a dynamic viscosity of 14-70 mm2/s at 40°C, a thickener containing at least one kind selected from lithium stearate, lithium 12-hydroxy stearate and a specific diurea compound, an extreme pressure additive containing at least one kind selected from molybdenum dithiophosphate, molybdenum dithiocarbamate and thiophosphates. The mixing ratio of the thickener is 10-17 wt.% of the total amount of the grease composition. The mixing ratio of the extreme pressure additive is 1-5 wt.% of the total amount of the grease composition. The grease composition has a working penetration of 230-320. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
