Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt reduction of the production cost and reduction of weight. SOLUTION: The rotor body 3 consists of a boss 10 and a guard part 11 integrated with the boss 10. A tube-holding part 14 formed in a circumferential part of the guard part 11 has a tube hole 16 with its axial line inclined with respect to the axial center of the central hole 12, and the lower end 16a of the hole 16 is opened. A bottom plate 4 attached to the bottom of the rotor body 3 is composed entirely of a thin metal plate and consists of a bottom part 20 and a cover part 21 disposed in a circumferential part of the bottom part 20.
