Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which is constituted in such a manner that even when a plurality of performance patterns are set for a performance display, the management of the displaying time for respective performance patterns is not required, and the processing burden on a controlling means can be reduced. SOLUTION: The controlling means of this game machine is constituted of two control sections of a main control section 30A and a pattern display control section 31A. The main control section 30A includes a judging means 30B which judges whether the game state is transferred to a special game state or not in response to a specified input signal, a stopped pattern determining means 30C which determines the stopped configuration of a variable display, and a performance group determining means 30D which selects and determines one from a plurality of performance groups which are constituted of the aggregate of performance patterns of which the displaying time is the same or similar. The pattern display controlling section 31A includes a performance pattern determining means 31B which selects and determines one from performance patterns belonging to the determined performance group, and a pattern display controlling means 31C which controls a liquid crystal displaying 3 so that the determined performance pattern and the stopped patterns can be displayed.
